All engagements are subject to separate statements of work or service agreements where applicable.

All content, materials, methodologies, and deliverables provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of QVALNT or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the terms of the applicable engagement agreement.

We treat all client information as confidential. Any data or materials shared with QVALNT during the course of an engagement will be handled in accordance with our confidentiality obligations and applicable data protection laws. Case studies published on our website are fully anonymised to protect client confidentiality.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QVALNT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to QVALNT in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
